I’m Niño “Paul” Cabiles. I’m a coffee person and I learn fast. Most nights I’m reading, watching short tutorials, or refining systems so tomorrow is lighter.
I have managed 20 plus client social media accounts in the real estate space while supporting 100 plus client projects in SEO across the team. I plan content two weeks ahead, research topics, write short hooks and captions, design carousels and simple graphics in Canva, and prep short edits in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. I keep an asset library tidy, schedule posts on time, and send quick weekly numbers so everyone knows what is working.
I like clear, simple, and steady system for social media. I work closely with Content, SEO, and PPC teams so communication stays aligned across channels.
My goal is simple: keep feeds on brand, keep the queue full, and make results easy to see.
